There's no way it can't be the parents. The doc is complete bullshyt with the father pumping it to clear his name. it's all bs

Easier to let it die than to let it regain traction unless hes that greedy hed risk it. And as someone who has watched alot of forensic files, Its safe to say it was probably a neighbor. Why didnt they just kidnap her? Because if they took her to their house she could be tracked by dogs. Maybe the original plan was to use a ransom note to throw people off and take the girl. But they realized their was no good way to take her out of the home without being caught. The cops seemed to have blinders on for the parents.

One of the parents and some dude who was probably there that the dad or mom paid off to keep quiet

Especially since they mentioned unknown dna at the scene

Wait what

Where did you read this?

The crime scene was already contaminated before the police could do proper collection of evidence

Yeah, it’s pretty well know that there was unknown male DNA on her panties and the garotte cord.

Did not belong to her father, brother or like 200 other people that they tested.

As a breh above said, this may eventually be solved through familial DNA someday…like the Golden State Killer was.

I know about the case
I never read about the unknown DNA though

Edit: the unknown DNA I think people are referring to is touch DNA which is a miniscule amount of DNA

DNA trace is so minuscule. It could belong to anyone handling the evidence that's how small of a sample it is. I know this case really well and it all points to the mother more than anyone

Almost all of the evidence points to Patsy (her mom). The garrote had Patsy’s fibers from her sweater embedded in the knot. Patsy’s fibers were found underneath the duck tape that covered JonBenet’s mouth. The note pad that was used to write the ransom note belonged to Patsy. Patsy could have been frustrated with JonBenet’s constant bed wetting and killed her in anger. JonBenet was redressed with oversized underwear. This could point to Patsy not wanting to wake anyone up upstairs and used whatever she could find that was close to her.

Patsy was the last person to see JonBenet alive. she was seen wearing the same Christmas sweater from the night before with her make up still on…implying she never went to sleep the night of the murder. But she claims she went to bed and was asleep at the time of the murder. Patsy was very high maintenance and would never be caught dead in the same outfit twice.

The mom did it and the dad helped cover it up. He's now trying to clear his name with bullshyt documentaries.

The ransom note always stood out to me. Like you said, it was her note pad, it was 3 pages long which is weird if it was someone who broke in the house. You'd think they'd make it straightforward. The amount of ransom money was weirdly specific. Plus the wording of the note had a lot of phrasing that Patsy used on a regular basis.

So watching the netflix shyt now and just

WOW ,,, horrible police work where the one lady detective told john ramsey and his friend to walk around the house and look for evidence :dahell: ….. they should have been outside of the house

Secondly after the body was found , instead of getting everyone out of the house and shutting it down, they allowed the Ramseya to have family and friends over to fukk up the scene

Thirdly,, they had dna excluded the mom and dad but never released it to the public immediately, so that’s why many of us like they did it

Also the killer ask for $118,000 ransom which i thought was weird for someone to ask for that amount of money and not 100,150,200k etc…. It turned out that was dads bonus money that he got

So im pretty sure the killer had to be a co worker of dads who been in the house a lot and knew where everyone sleeps and was patiently awaiting the right time to kill the girl

The police and especially the Media is some cold heartless motherfukkers
