The communication thing is a repeated criticism from wrestlers about Tony Khan. He really needs to work on that. At the very least there should be someone that the workers can go to that they know will communicate their issues to TK for them since Khan himself seems to be doing a shyt job with having open lines of communication with people who work for him.
I also can see Gresham's point about the duration of the match. It was mentioned in the PPV thread by people about how short the match was.
On the flip side, Gresham announcing he's leaving wrestling for a while and that he recently deleted the Terminus social media accounts makes it seem like there is other stuff going on with him that are separate from anything to do with Khan.
And as unfair as it is, Gresham is probably going to have to come to terms with the ceiling for his career advancement based on his size and wrestling style. Dude is shorter than Rey Misterio and he is going to be hard pressed to find a company that will make him their top guy just because of his size.

That is def true. White dudes can become fan favorites based on in-ring skill even if they are dull as fukk with the personality of a piece of drift wood.
A black wrestler without a personality is shyt on and his in-ring talent ignored because he is boring.
But Gresham's issue is being seen as having zero personality while also being the size of a 6th grader.

TK likes to put big matches to open the show. I guess it makes sense for TV because viewers will tune in at the top of hour, but even then I thought that was dumb. Your big matches should be the main event. Your champion must close the show.
I've never liked the champion defending the title to open the show.
