With the joker movie being apart of the white label dc dc movies and no link to dceu. And having such an amazing movie, with such an amazing joker that can NEVER be in dceu it shows how bad the dceu movies are.

DC has been moving away from shared universe movies to try and separate themselves from marvel.

I dont like it, but I understand why they are doing it when people keep claiming they are copying marvel.


I've never understood that argument anyways considering the shared universe concept was started by DC cartoons.

Batman, batman beyond, superman, static shock, justice league, JLU, and I think young justice all took place in the same universe. Marvel took that concept and perfectly translated it to the big screen, and now it seems like DC isnt allowed to do the same without being criticized for copying marvel.
