Leo's had the better movies...but as far as straight acting talent? Gotta give it to Depp. He can go from doing a serious role like Blow or Donnie Brasco into doing an Edward Scissorhands or Captain Jack without missing a beat. And he's been good at both types of roles too. Hell he even killed it in a musical with Sweeney Todd. Leo hasn't shown that type of range

If I was going by their whole catalogs, it goes to Johnny. If I was going by their last 10 years, Leo easily.
If they was both putting out movies tomorrow, I'd see the Leo movie without even thinking twice, cause I know its probably gonna be a good movie and I know he will give a great performance. Depp on the other hand might give a great performance or he might phone it in, and the movie might be good or it might be trash.
