Despite law enforcement generally cooperating with ICE regarding detained undocumented immigrants, they all don't and aren't required to.

What your effectively getting from this is local.law enforcement more tools to move illegal immigrants into federal custody to be deported and I'm okay with it.

No reason to come up with excuses for why illegal immigrants shouldn't be transferred to federal custody and deported. Doesn't matter if they were caught jay walking.

I don’t see him losing a primary. He’d have to do what Sinema did and tank Dem bills or priorities in the majority. He hasn’t done that and since Dems won’t have the majority until the 2030s… not sure the vigor will be the same
