White people speaking on racism always makes me chuckle. They are so completely lost they don't even understand the nuances of racism.

Black people can have bigoted views I guess. But racist? You mean completely destroy a race of people economically, physically, mentally? That's not what we do. That is true racism and that was born from guess who?

We will never move forward as long as white people refuse to acknowledge the role they play in racism. They continue to act like it doesn't exist. But then wanna change the definition and package it in a way that makes them feel better about themselves. It's Trump level delusion.

You're both on the same page, it's just terminology. Alot of folks use "racist" and "bigot" interchangeably. I assume @BonafideDefacto was using it in that manner. And probably Joe Rogan (I didn't watch the vid tho). But yes, there's no system behind black "racism" so bigotry is the more appropriate word.
