And the fact that other races are not held to the same standards as whites would show me a bigger aspect of racism than just considering that blacks can be racist.

What?? Ideolodies are factual. It's not that hard. If I as a black man, hate Native Amercans simply because of their race, then I'm a racist. It's that simple. This is what Rogan is talking about.

If I then become President and use my powers to oppress Native Americans based on those beliefs, I will then instutionalize my racism agaisnt them. This is the racism you're talking about.
