There's a couple reasons, the main one being that they don't know what they are talking about most of the time. Unlike joe rogan, who changes his opinion on things often when he talks to people that's actually informed on the topics being discussed, joe budden is far too egotistical to for those kinda conversations. There's also way to many people talking on the JBP for a real conversation with guest to take place. I actually think the podcast is worse whenever most guest come on the show.
Joe Budden is the type of dude that would turn a conversation with a guest into a shouting match if it's not someone he's already cool with, or if it's a discussion where Joe's wrong but doesn't wanna admit he's wrong.
A joe rogan type formula would work if Budden's wasn't the type of dude he is. Any discussion outside of Twitter thots and R&B music would quickly turn into a shytshow.
Rogan is actually well versed in a ton of topics too.. Joe won't research shyt lol

Nah you right I don't pay for it.. But I only listened to Budden's podcast and he never had any ads on his.. I didn't know it was this bad
Rogan also has someone fact checking all throughout the show to make sure the information is legit.
Budden's has someone to do that too but the only thing screenman does is pull up a picture of some Instagram hoe whenever joe ask.
It's not that big of a deal because nobody listens to the jbp for informed conversations, the entertainment is in the chemistry between them when they are talking shyt.
That's part of the reason spotify wouldn't pay him what he wanted. Ads are annoying but skipable, they wasn't making any money off his podcast.

He's honestly has an equal mix of both left and right wing people on his show. Whenever he has a guest on that gets him mad enough to argue with and start hurling insults at them, it's usually a right winger. I've only ever hear him get angry at left leaning guest when they try defending trannies competing in women's sports or making claims that being vegan is more healthy.He is showing a lot of love to Texas. I can see where you might not like his personality and therefore the show but it's weird how people have a vested interest in him being some terrible person. I don't watch his shyt religiously or anything but I do watch clips here and there and have yet to see him even say anything remotely offensive.
