I'm talking both. Andy isn't really impressing anyone these days. Considering the talent he's had around him the majority of his career, he should've won more in post season play. And with AJ Green as his number 1 WR he shouldn't have the constant struggles that he has against Pittsburgh. He is still more turnover prone than he should be and he still shows up small during big games. Until he beats a quality opportunity in post season play no one outside of Cincy will think much of him.
As, for Joe, I'm not about to defend him. He has gotten rich, lazy and content since he got his money. He lacks the heart and hunger he had pre-contract/Super Bowl. He is the Gohan of the NFL, wasted potential.
