If you're trying to prove someone is big by telling someone that someone they never heard of is big, you should stop and think about it. They aint big. Sorry, but nothing is poppin' today.

3. Black Coli posters telling other black Coli posters they must not be black because they have a different opinion

:laff:

Doing the coli old head out of touch playbook play by play

There are no young, Black male rap A or even B level stars right now. Yeah some exist, but they aren’t anywhere on the level and people are still depending on almost 40 year old rappers.

The young women are lapping the young men something serious right now. For example, Dlow needed Glorilla on his song more than she needed him.

The selling of QC messed up the game more than people realize.

Musically?

Yes they do 😂

yall killing the messenger for stating a factual message.

the only problem with it is really applies to the entire genre at this point. The Female rap wave was a Hail Mary

Everyone above 100k on there are rappers that have been selling albums for the past 15+ years already. Where are the new acts and new female acts carrying the genre like yall are claiming?

its Uzi, rod wave, Travis (i guess), gunna

and they’re all barely struggling to get over 100k with bundles and other label shenanigans

First week sales aren’t everything and albums don’t stop selling after the first week.

These ladies are getting plenty money from shows and endorsements and brand deals.

Rod wave and 21 are above 100k

tbis isn’t the 00s. First week sales don’t mean much anymore.

Those were more alternative and didn’t have the hits that reached across the country to Black culture. One way to explain it would be that they weren't artists that you couldn’t escape hearing all weekend at a HBCU homecoming.

Youngboy was the one out of that era who actualy rapped, had the influence and the hits. But the legal troubles have finally caught up to him because he was the leader.
