He will say Warren.
Just because I supported her Presidential run doesn’t mean I think she should be the VP nominee. I think she would be better than Klobuchar or Kamala, but I want a VP that is under 70. I would rather see Warren as Treasury Secretary but I highly doubt that would happen.

Kamala's track record as a prosecutor, locking up black people for weed and other petty shyt, while letting Wallstreet crooks slide. I think people are turned off by her.

There's a lot of other women of color that would be better choices like Abrams etc.

What's your evidence that she did this? A lot of the "problems" about Kamala's AG record is either false or exaggerated from what some claim happened.

Harris still resonates well with college educated white women, soccer moms, and feminists.

This VP pick ain't for us fellas.
There was a recent poll that showed that 50% of Black voters had a favorable opinion of Kamala. Only 18% unfavorably. Kamala's approval with Black voters is about the same as Stacey Abrams, according to that poll.

The reason why Kamala didn't do well with Black voters was not because of her record but because most Black voters felt that she couldn't win the general election against Trump. My parents said that "(White) America isn't going to vote for Black woman to be President over Trump" and "Hillary lost and she's a White woman. How can Kamala win and she's a Black woman?". That's how most other Black voters especially those over the age of 40 felt about Kamala. Most Black voters don't care about her record.

Joe Biden by most Black voters is seen as a "safe pick" to beat Trump because Joe is a "moderate White guy" and "Obama's VP". However, if Kamala were to serve 4 years under Biden as his VP, that would change a lot of Black voters minds. Kamala would probably cruise to the Democratic nomination in 2024 (if Biden doesn't run again and if the economy isn't bad).

Kamala fought tooth and nail to uphold wrongful convictions (most of those were people of color) And fought to keep the bail system in place that discriminated against the poor. there's a whole lot of other things. I would rather have Stacy Abrams as VP.

What makes Abrams a better choice?

What a finesse
Of course, he's going to get the black vote at this point, no need to placate them with the idea of a VP.

I have to take my hat off to Bernie supporters, they're insufferable but they are well on their way to become the new "moderates" from the standpoint of the DNC catering to them to prevent them from sabotaging party selections.

This is why whoever Biden picks to be his VP will be polarizing no matter what.

I have heard some people say the same thing as you. That Biden doesn't need to pick a Black person to be his VP because he will already get the Black vote.

However, I've heard a lot of people on the other side who say that Biden "must pick a Black person (particularly a Black woman) because Black voters saved his candidacy and he owes us for that".

So yeah, it's whatever :manny:

If we'e going by that logic, when is the DNC going to pay what they weigh? They've owed us for decades then and 8 years of Obama nowhere clears the tab.

Yep, some faction of people will be upset at this point.
