I don’t think that means anything. It’s too obvious a tell for one. Second she’s not someone they would have speaking anyway compared to the rest of the list.

Anyways, Tim Kaine was slotted to speak at the DNC in 2016 before Hillary even chose him to be VP. The DNC doesn't know what's going on inside the Biden vetting process. When the VP pick is announced, they'll just adjust the schedule. Simple.

At first I was in the Susan Rice camp but after reading posts in here I agree she wouldn’t be the best choice. She has no charisma and that matters to these voters.

It’s probably gonna be either Elizabeth Warren or Kamala Harris.
