I think he gonna select Gretchen Whitmer. They keep talking about her. If it was Kamala, he would’ve been announced it.

Nah. Only reason Whitmer is being discussed is because we know exactly where her flight came from and where it went (Delaware). There hasn't been a "LA to Delaware" story because Kamala didn't fly from LA/Cali. We don't have any details. Same with the other candidates. We know charter flights have come from places like South Carolina and Michigan, that's about it.

It's Kamala or Rice, that's obvious. I'm trying not to think too much about this, because if Biden picks Rice it's going to seriously reduce my views on his judgement and fitness. I'll still vote, but if you get the first test dead wrong out the gate, simply because she's the only candidate he is super familiar with...nah. How much did Obama know Biden or Evan Bayh (who was the runner up for VP)? Not much. The person he was most familiar with, and liked the most...was Tim Kaine, who endorsed him early and campaigned with him early. But instead of picking Kaine, he went with the pragmatic pick. Someone he didn't know well, but someone who could help him govern. It's time for Biden to do the same and pick Kamala. End this madness.

Kamala would overshadow him. He doesn't want that. His ticket.

He's 77 years old...any VP he picks is going to overshadow him to a degree. Kamala and Warren were definitely the ones who would do it the most but...who cares. I don't think Biden is that vain. He has to know he is likely picking the 2024 presidential candidate. And how can you select someone who has never won an election in her life (Rice) in that situation? Kamala has won state-wide, twice. That should be a major qualifier, and out of all the women on the list...the only ones that qualify are Harris, Warren, and Whitmer.

Why y’all so against Susan Rice? She clearly has the experience to be a good vp. Kamala is polarizing as fukk.
If we already have to deal with moderate Joe, we need to go a little farther left for veep. Susan Rice is of the Hillary, Barack ilk. Gonna be answering Benghazi questions until November.

-She has zero domestic policy experience
-Zero legislative experience
-Never won a statewide election or congressional election, zero campaign experience and never been held to the fire on the national stage during an election.
-She has no real relationship with Congress.
-No executive experience.
-White son is a Trump supporter so who knows what Trump and his people will try to do to exploit her son against her and Biden.
-A walking Benghazi, Susan Rice spied on our 2016 campaign with Obama and Biden GOP propaganda push waiting to happen. Plus she would get destroyed in the 2024 election.

She's better suited to be Secretary of State.

Another reason not to pick Susan Rice is because it will be 2 high-ranking Obama administration officials at the top of the ticket. Fair or not, the flaws of the Obama presidency led to Trump's election and we definitely don't need to retread the flaws of the Obama presidency in 2020.

I would be OK with any VP pick but Rice. Also, like others have mentioned Susan Rice has no experience as an actual politician. She's just a career diplomat/adviser not a politician. Her foreign policy views are mostly bad and Biden doesn't need any help on that front either.

A few reasons

1. She has zero domestic policy experience in a time we are in a economic recession and our institutions are literally on verge of collapse.

2. Her foreign policy views are way too hawkish for my liking

3. Baggage from Benghazi (even though it bullshyt) and the potential the energize the Republican base. If you remember Obama had to make her National Security Advisor, because she wasn’t able to get confirmed as SOS. We don’t want another Hillary email situation.

4. White Husband and MAGA son

5. She has no base, therefore no real Political benefit to be on the ticket

6. Almost no one expect Biden to run for a second term. A lot of people don’t think he will even make it through his first term. His VP will be in the best position to become the nominee in 2024. We would like to a VP that we feel can govern and when a election.

She's never been elected to anything. And Biden's VP would be the nominee for 2024 if Biden aint running.

I hear what y’all saying but everything she’s weak in, like not having domestic experience, Biden makes up for that. After 4 years in office none of that will matter and she’d be prime to run in 2024. No, she definitely isn’t as left as we would want her to be but neither is Kamala. I don’t see what Kamala has that she doesn’t, except that Kamala is polarizing to a lot of people. I don’t think that Benghazi shyt will make any difference what so ever.
