This is why I didn't understand the reports about her being too ambitious. She's going to have to be a visible VP if the plan is for her to take over in 4 years. Biden has to understand that as well.

I think people need to realize it will be a hard road for the VP to win the 2024 nomination, especially with the pool Biden is choosing from to be VP.

Gavin Newsom and Cuomo will be heavy challengers in 2024 to win the Dem nomination.

I truly believe that Newsom will be the 2024 nominee. He's been groomed for it. And people will get behind him.

Newsom is like Kamala in that he looks good on paper, but CA’s model of progressivism + penchant for high taxes isn’t going to be appealing to middle American blue and swing states. Cuomo would probably have a better shot
