Seriously tho, somebody got to explain to me how Kamala holds up in 2024 against a left challenger in the primary. If Bernie's people get behind a candidate, can she hold up? Who is Kamala's base really? :patrice:
She's going to have to make one. Being VP will help. Joe did the same thing.

Yup. I think she's more than qualified for the position. There aren't any bad choices among the rumored final picks.
She’s a very qualified pick there’s no denying that. But as a black man, who lives America with such complex aggressions against us, her personal life such as the beliefs of her son she raised and how she went after snoop with such vitriol with that dog whistle, that doesn’t give you pause ?

Nope.

Do you think Mitch McConnell and Louie Gohmert's constituents care that both have daughters are all progressive leftists? No.

He's grown ass man that makes his own decisions.

We are not white. Anti-blackness displayed by black folks in my opinion is one of the worst things in existence. I believe when they hold this belief it permeates in every aspect of there life and decisions. I’m my own opinion that’s what Susan Rice exudes to me and I don’t want her anywhere near the Oval Office. I think Kamla is a opportunist, like every person has to be, to aspire to the highest Office in the land and as a pragmatic person I understand it. But, Rice I feel is a different story:yeshrug:

I really thought she'd be formidable in the primary.
The white donor base flocked to Pete & Liz. Also, Black voters didn't think that she could beat Trump.

Kamala as VP would be a different ballgame. She would have the backing of a President Biden, President Obama & FLOTUS Michelle and the entire Democratic leadership. Also, Kamala is to the left of Biden (but not a "socialist") so she would have a progressive platform. In 2024, the AOC wing of the party would just say "She was a prosecutor before becoming VP" or "Kamala is a phony progressive" and that's it. That wouldn't work :manny:

I don’t see any scenario where there isn’t a democratic primary in 4 years absent Biden deciding to run again, which seems improbable.

I can definitely see a progressive primarying Kamala, but they've got to be a young, exciting, charismatic, and can win over black voters in order for that person to win. I'm noticing a trend of black progressives kicking ass and defeating establishment candidates in primaries, it may be an omen of the future. :yeshrug: I think America loves progressives when they are young and black, not old and white like Bernie and Liz.
