Biden's comments point to...again...Harris or Warren. Biden has foreign policy experience and a working relationship with congress. His age and the coronavirus likely mean he won't leave the WH much, at least not early on. So picking a younger VP who can travel the world and pitch his message to world leaders makes sense. IE Harris.

OR a liberal with deep insight into domestic policies, stimulus, etc. IE Warren.

he backed himself into a corner with the pick a woman stuff. Both these individuals are polarizing to different parts of the base and outside voters.
