RBG has dodged a few bullets. She legit should probably retire next president term. A conservative in that seat dooms us all. Can't do shyt with 6-3 on the court.

Theres no way RBG makes it through another term, tbh still worried she doesn’t make it until January

Can't believe she didn't retire under the Obama administration. Such a stupid move.

I know Billary was the odds on favorite but it's wasn't a damn guarantee that she would have won.

she should retire regardless of who is president next term for her own well being. if trump wins somehow but there is a dem senate they can stonewall if they have to or force a moderate on there. she really shouldnt be working until shes 107 years old

She has potentially doomed everything she stands for and tossed her entire legacy in the bushes...

A 6-3 SCOTUS majority is a generational shift and a potential monumental setback for women in this country...

Roe V Wade will be number one on the chopping black...

ginsberg is gonna make it :yeshrug: the election rests on who replaces her tho

and biden is running on replacing her with the first black woman on the supreme court. the republicans dont even have the balls to try to deny that pick, with the climate of this country right now

dont put anything past these devils
i actually hope they do :yeshrug:

lets say biden wins, and ginsberg steps down in 2021. republicans say they arent gonna confirm a SC justice

that renders the supreme court a broken relic, and dems have full justification to fukkin get rid of it :yeshrug:

If Biden wins, most likely Dems also win the Senate.

If they can’t even get a justice appointed, how would they get rid of it lol.

Let’s just hope Biden wins and gets the Senate as well

my prediction is that biden wins and the senate ends up 50/50

hope im wrong :hubie:
Even so, Biden's VP would be the tiebreaker, so Dems would get control of the Senate.

The way things are looking right now, Democrats will get 51-54 Senate seats. However, of course, there's still less than 5 months left until Election Day.

I would say it’s some what telling of who is visible right now in regards to the widely assumed candidates:
  • Harris, pretty frequently on cable news
  • Warren, pretty quiet
  • Demmings, pretty quiet
  • Lance-Bottoms, fairly active but some of that is local issues she’s dealing with
  • Abrams, seems silent
Seems like a quiet audition period for Harris right now.

see I think the opposite. I can’t remember any vp auditioning for the role, that was eventually picked. They were all quiet to my recollection
