see I think the opposite. I can’t remember any vp auditioning for the role, that was eventually picked. They were all quiet to my recollection
I’m not saying it’s official but considering the circumstances/climate Harris is positioned to
be out there and and I’m sure it will factor into internal polling for the Biden camp.

I just don’t see how Kamala can truly be selected with the way she tried to play Biden at the debates. Joey a better man than me cause I would be on some :pacspit:.

Bottoms still being vetted by the way:obama:

That’s politics

Regan hates Bush
JFK hated Johnson

That was one moment in a debate a year ago. :mjlol: Has nothing on past primaries or the real frictions of Bush/Reagan and Johnson/Kennedy

People talking about that debate thing is ridiculous. She sharply and plainly highlighted a difference in their positions, and experiences, in a slightly theatrical manner, the substance of which was true. That's what debates are for.

I will say, I debates are like that, because the anchors, and public clamors for it, and so, the politicians act accordingly. I would prefer just a much more restrained discussion, without point scoring, or bringing up someone's record. Just explaining your position without attacking another.

Wasnt it later revealed that they had identical viewpoints on mandatory busing? And didnt her campaign time the release of that T shirt with her as a kid?

And therein lies the problem with Kamala. Smart, good-looking, charismatic, experienced, fearsome, and pragmatic. She is the total package to be a Presidential candidate but she is inauthentic as fukk. I dont think we know where she stands on most things because it all depends on whom she is speaking to at the time.

Inauthentic is an invalid complaint with politicians, unless it's to the extreme. Was Obama inauthentic because he can debate policy, with old white men and sing amazing grace at a wake? Of course not. Was he inauthentic to sit down with world leaders and embrace their customs? Was he inauthentic to make a deal with Hillary, after a vicious primary? The art of being a diplomat, a politician, is being versed in different viewpoints, and strategic advantage, that's the game.

If you just want a Bernie or a Trump, I guess, but by definition, politics, and many, many other positions, including often our own lives, require shifting, opportunistic views, being able to move and relate with different walks of life. Doing cheap gotcha stuff has become a very millennial trend, I guess some blue collar goon "says what he means, and means what he says" the rest of us require less secular views.
