to be honest, amy probably flips more of the white woman vote (that hillary lost), than kamala gains biden any of the black vote (which biden already has).amy is a woman whos been getting elected in minnesota for 20 years, she clearly brings something to the table

Because the country is not filled with the right and left zealots we see on TV. Klobuchar has relatively moderate beliefs and a moderate personality, as does Biden. That's what will appeal most after 4 years of Trump. People are sick of the division. Warren and Harris will be viewed as too divisive to most Americans.

There's no evidence Klobuchar can get these voters outside of Minnesota and also no evidence that a lot these white voters are ditching Trump. Plus Biden should already be getting these voters. The best strategy for Biden is maximizing minority turnout, which is why I think a black VP is the best choice.

I mean that’s just a terry cloth reasoning. She’s from those areas but in reality she not terribly popular or known and not very charismatic. That’s further complicated by the fact she may not get the best forums to tell her story.
