Fair points. My only response would be that I don’t think Kamala is as polarizing to Blacks as some think.

I only think it matters if he were to pick someone that can be perceived as not qualified in something were to happen to him based on his age. Being frank that Abrams or Lance-Bottoms but those seem unlikely at this point.Kamala is NOT hated by and large by the Black community. Yes, there are many young Black progressives (particularly on Twitter) that don't like her but they aren't representative of most Black voters.
I know a breh (he's an acquaintance) that canvassed for Kamala in South Carolina last year and he canvassed in a predominately Black neighborhood. He knocked on hundreds of doors and he said that only 2 people brought up Kamala's criminal justice record. The rest either had a positive opinion of Kamala or were neutral on her. However, he said that many of the people told him that "Kamala can't win, she's a Black woman. America isn't voting for a Black woman to be president". That's the key to why she didn't do well in the primary.
Also, many young Black voters don't vote anyways (just like other young voters of different backgrounds). A lot of my friends & acquaintances love Bernie but almost none of them actually voted (you wonder why Bernie lost ). So, I think that people are overstating the "hatred" for Kamala.
I'm not saying that Kamala doesn't have flaws or anything like that but to put it simply, if you're not gonna vote for Biden because he chose Kamala to be his VP, then you probably weren't voting for him anyways. Finally, Biden's VP pick won't matter that much....this election is a referendum of TRUMP and Black people by and large HATE Trump. "We want to get Trump outta here!" - That's what most Black voters will be thinking. All that other shyt doesn't really matter .
Not born in the US.Sam Power VP?

Shall I add it to the sportsbook? If I had to bet money, I'd put it on Kamala being VP. Sometimes the most obvious choice makes the most sense.
Does Michael Jordan enjoy cigars and gambling?Shall I add it to the sportsbook?
Most Democrats were cool with Hillary and Tim Kane as the ticket in 2016. Most Dems were cool with Kerry as the nominee in 04. It doesn’t mean it is the right pick.Lot of people taking twitter opinions as public opinions, if Kamala is picked, im sure most Democrats will be cool with it (including black people)
KLB is a mayor. Come on man that’s not remotely a good idea. Most Democrats were cool with Hillary and Tim Kane as the ticket in 2016. Most Dems were cool with Kerry as the nominee in 04. It doesn’t mean it is the right pick.
I don’t see Kamala providing a big boost for the ticket. Besides her terrible record as DA and AG, who are the voters that Kamala would bring in that aren’t already going to vote for Biden? Almost all of her base is going to vote for Biden no matter what. IMO more Black would be able to relate more to a KLB than someone like Kamala. I think Ayanna Pressley could energize Black voters and a segment of the progressive base. Tammy Baldwin could help win a critical state like Wisconsin. Tammy Duckworth have a interesting story that could appeal to a wide range of voters. All 4 are much better choices than Kamala. I’ not a big fan of Gretchen Whitmer, but she might Even be a better choice politically given her Midwest appeal. Kamala have a lot of baggage. Even Tulsi Gabbard was able to exploit Kamala weakness.
