Let me break it down for you. I've read multiple posts from you complaining about things which are very obviously indirect complaints about perceived double standards the league has against the *s compared to other teams. You want us to be angry that the Jets weren't punished because you think the *s would be punished in the same situation. But I don't care. We don't care. Nobody cares. The only people who can relate to you are other whiny *s fans. The rest of us give ZERO fukks about Revis and Jets tampering.

And I find it hilarious that your team has had this little "dynasty" going since 9/11 and still aren't going to reach our number of Lombardis.

Nah I'm good. I'm not out here trying to find new and creative ways to (not so) subtly make my team the victim of some league wide conspiracy. That's y'all's domain.

You just admitted to cataloging @BucciMane's posts. Clearly you're in your feelings. Hug it out with your compadres, don't lash out at us

Pats had been to 3 straight chip games and a SB before Revis (not to mention the previous decade). Jets had been inconsistent as fukk and liable to either pull off the shocking upset or diasappoint in any given game for years even when they had Revis the first time.

The irony is that Macacagnan just received a GM award for signing Revis to exorbitant amount of money and not making the playoffs.

Belichick is the greatest coach of all time :wow:

He's not giving 30 yr old players cap killing contracts
I mean he knew he wasn't going to outbid the Jets once they pretty much stated they were gonna pay whatever for him.

I do wonder what Beli would've spent on him. I think he would've overpaid. Ironically, the Jets may have done more damage letting the Pat's try to keep him

If they win this year, they'll only be one behind. They've also made two others and lost by miracle plays. Brady has shown no signs of slowing down so idk how you can say with certainty that the Patriots can't reach Steelers' six 'chips...

Just sayin' :yeshrug:

The Pats will be the favorites to win the Super Bowl. Why would they lock 16 mill into a player on the downside?

Well, the Steelers really only have 2 salary cap era Super Bowls. Their first four wins were in an era where there was zero parity in the NFL. Even winning 2 in a row in today's era is probably more impressive.

There's zero parity in the AFC now anyway even with the cap

I'm on record being a huge Butler fan since his play in the preseason. But with that said, couple of things.

Why are folks acting as if Revis is some sort of slipping liability? Was he Revis of old? No. Did he perform top 5 to 10 this year? Certainly. And the $16 million isn't that big of an issue with a swelling cap coming soon and huge contracts that will soon be off the books for the Jets.

I just don't share the worry
