Take Cam Ward

Give this city something to be excited for

They pick 7th :dahell:

Oh yeah, I can already tell the media isn't gonna like Glenn :russ:

Nah, he's letting them know day one he's not for the BS. They'll have no choice but to respect it. The ones who want to push buttons will have a hard time but everyone else will love him.

Woody talkin bout he gonna fall back he recognizes the mistakes he made

:what:

We'll see about that

Aaron Glenn paid his dues and was trained properly

Jets have a lot a good players but Aaron Rodgers is a pain in the ass though :scust:

I see why people would want him back but he's such a pain in the ass it will be hard to control that locker room with Aaron there in my opinion.

Jets need a bridge QB and Aaron ain't trying to be no bridge for nobody

I fear Aaron Glenn will want him back just have a veteran with name recognition so they can have a decent record. If they go 10-7 they're going to be playing a new QB the next season and likely have a worse record. Better to struggle year one so you can build on that than to be decent and then suck. That's how you end up on the hot seat.

He should let Rodgers go so he has full control over the locker room and can establish his culture. Rodgers brought his Packers WR's, OC, and had them trade for Adams. That's too much control for a guy who sucked. Don't invite that energy back.

Im not letting a guy go who had a stretch of 18 tds and 4 ints when Tyronn Smith was replaced by a stud rookie LT who gave up 5 pressures in a span of 7 games.

Nah. You keep that. Jets issues were much bigger than Aaron. Aaron is just the lowest hanging fruit

Somebody gets it. The underlying issues were here long before Aaron even got here. Rodgers did understand that there was a culture problem, and he was actively trying to fix it the way he thought was best (and tried to bring in his guys to help him).

From what I've heard from people who are in the know, AR is done making demands and if he returns he just wants to fall in line and win. Naturally he would be an extremely influential voice and I would think he would want to collaborate with the top decision makers, but he would become more of a passenger so to speak.

They still have to get a new OC. If it's the Lion's passing game coordinator this'll be his first time calling plays. Why would you want him dealing with Rodgers? If he starts acting like a diva or wants the system tailored around him then Glenn has to step in and straighten that out. I'm not dealing with that headache.

A 40+ diva as a stop gap QB ain't making sense. He has no future in NY. Get a vet who costs less and won't cause problems. Let him be a bridge to Travis or whoever the next young QB is.

Hes the biggest name and the loudest voice. Jets problems are older and longer than his time here.

He is far from the biggest problem. Far from it. The D-line being gutted is still the most unreal shyt. Went from a 3 year strength to a liability in one offseason. Couldnt get offenses off the field. Teams ran through them like nothing.

His problems was crap at LT. He played great when that was resolved and led the league in TDs during that stretch while the team led the NFL in drops.

He was far from the issue on the squad.

Yeah I fear that too

If you don't have a QB in the NFL its misery. Glenn needs to find a bridge QB like a Sam Darnold type until you hopefully find a QB in the draft

If he doesn't get the QB right he's gettin fired

Aaron Rodgers is a pain in the ass

I think y'all will like AG. I think he's head coach material. He's a leader of men and he knows football. I think coming from the Lions org as it's currently ran he also understands what a good leadership team looks like. As long as he can get a QB in place and the ownership gets out the way I can see him being successful, at least I hope so.

This isn't Madden

Aaron Rodgers is a human being that is a pain in the ass that wants to do what he wants to do

Is Aaron going to buy in???

You keep ignoring this basic fact and it's weird

Its not low hanging fruit he's a fukkin pain in the ass that wants to have control

He hand picked a guy to be his offensive coordinator that was a TERRIBLE FOOTBALL COACH

How you keep ignoring that shyt??
