Glenn kind of in a tough spot because even if you think Rodgers is a bridge, can you trust him? Will he be there at OTAs or the start of training camp? If he can't even show up for a new coach why trust him. Hell he might tell you he's all in and will show up, then not be there. Totally unreliable. But at the same time if you're Glenn you gotta know you have to win some games. If you bomb out and win 1-4 games, all those media people who dapped you will be floating the idea that you should get fired to hire an offensive coach for whatever QB is being mocked to the Jets.

I'm a Lions fan so I'm not all up on the Jets but it seems like fixing the o-line is the best shot at making Rodgers (or any other QB) tolerable.

Yeah I fear that too

If you don't have a QB in the NFL its misery. Glenn needs to find a bridge QB like a Sam Darnold type until you hopefully find a QB in the draft

If he doesn't get the QB right he's gettin fired

Aaron Rodgers is a pain in the ass

When have the Jets ever gotten the QB right?

They brought in Rodgers because they thought they were a QB away from the Super Bowl. If they're not contending he serves no purpose on the roster.

Darnold could probably get them the same number of wins without the hassle and he'd be okay with being a bridge if they draft someone or Travis looks good.

If the Titans are open to trade the pick then they gotta make an offer. If not they can skip this draft's QB's

This.

He doesn't like the new OC it's going to be a problem. There's also the issue of having to bring Adams back and pay him 35 mil if you keep Rodgers. Why spend that money?

This isn't Madden

Aaron Rodgers is a human being that is a pain in the ass that wants to do what he wants to do

Is Aaron going to buy in???

You keep ignoring this basic fact and it's weird

Its not low hanging fruit he's a fukkin pain in the ass that wants to have control

He hand picked a guy to be his offensive coordinator that was a TERRIBLE FOOTBALL COACH

How you keep ignoring that shyt??
Because if a team allows you to do it, its the team thats at fault, not the player being given the keys.

AG is now at the helm and he brings in who he feels. Aaron no longer has that freedom, and looking at whats in front of AG, he has a garbage interior D-Line outside Williams, has no idea what he will have at LB outside of Quincy, and a number 2 corner opening as DJ Reed is likely leaving.

The Jets have way bigger issues than Aaron Rodgers. Hes just the lowest hanging fruit.
