Here he goes ducking the question. Who does Zondevan claim the Negroes come from?

Okay, so if you're going to claim that, then YOU have to tell us who they claim Negroes come from because they've already stated it's not Ham. I'll give you a hint, the available choices are Japheth and Shem.

Reading comprehension seems to fail you again.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negro
Around 1442 the Portuguese first arrived in sub-Saharan Africa while trying to find a sea route to India. The term negro, literally meaning "black", was used by the Spanish and Portuguese as a simple description to refer to people. From the 18th century to the late 1960s, "negro" (later capitalized) was considered to be the proper English-language term for certain people of sub-Saharan African origin.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamitic#Hamitic_hypothesis
In the mid-19th century, the term Hamitic acquired a new meaning as a few European writers claimed to identify a distinct "Hamitic race" that was superior to "Negroid" populations of Sub-Saharan Africa. The theory arose from early anthropological writers, who linked the stories in the Bible of Ham's sons to actual ancient migrations of a supposed Middle-Eastern sub-group of the Caucasian race.

Skin color amongst Caucasoids ranges greatly from pale, reddish-white, olive, through to dark brown tones.

Negros=Hamites. Until Eurocentric writers decided they wanted to change the meaning to claim the accomplishments of the Hamites (i.e Egyptians) and wala.

But don't take my word for it...

This is how you know this dude is a complete liar. He posted a link claiming that in the mid 19th century that the Hamitic Hypothesis came about, yet the Zondervan Dictionary stating that 'The Negroes Aren't descendants of Ham' is a few years old. They already stated NEGROES DON'T COME FROM HAM, SO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SAY THEY ARE SAYING NEGROES CAME FROM HAM? Just shut up, you're cut.

Are you really this dumb? The word had a definition BEFORE Eurocentric writers tried to change it.

not to mention the Hypothesis BEGAN IN THE 19TH CENTURY and is still used in many respects to this day (I.e "the Egyptians were NOT black" -White Egyptologists). Zondervan was founded in 1931. Not that far off.

Just like white portraits of Jesus took off in the middle ages due to the influence of Catholicism and are still being used to this day.

It's like you have no concept of logical thinking.. at, all.

I understand what you're saying perfectly. Now answer this question.

Who is the Zondervan Bible Dictionary claiming the Negroes come from, if they've already stated it's not Ham?

You see, this dude cut himself. He just admitted that Zondervan is claiming Negroes came from the line of Shem, NOT Ham.

Who is the Zondervan Bible Dictionary claiming the Negroes come from, if they've already stated it's not Ham?

Well it sure as hell isn't Shem. Read the entry for him in that Dictionary if you don't believe me. It doesn't say "Shem is the father of the Negros".

And in order for you to understand why it says "Ham is the progenitor of the dark races; not the Negroes, but the Egyptians, Ethiopians, Libyans and Canaanites" in the Zondervan Dictionary.

^Refer to this

The Spanairds and Portuguese made it very clear who they thought "the negros" were.

Oh really? From my Hebrew Israelite thread in the Race Track. If you turn settings to the least amount of pages, Czar said this on page six.

By contrast, Japheth, brother of Shem, is called the father of Europe. Just look at his line. The Celtic tribes came from Gomer. Germany came from Ashkenaz. The Greeks and Romans came from Javan, The Medes came from Madai and so on.
http://www.thecoli.com/threads/hebrew-israelite-videos.139449/page-6

Now, he is trying to say that the Zondervan, who are biblical scholars, are trying to place the Negroes with the same people who Czar claims is Japhetic, all to eliminate us from being of the line of Shem, which is the line true Israel descends from. Time for y'all to stop listening to this liar.

Actually they consider the "Caucasian race" to have separate sub-groups.

in other words, Caucasian doesn't just=European to them, lol.

Eurocentric Bible Scholars and Dictionaries like Zondervan which promote the Hamitic Hypothesis do not believe the Shemites (Israelites, Arabs etc) were negros either.

Ironically the basis for the HH theory derives from the Jews themselves. Both the Talmud and Midrash claim the negros are a direct result of the so-called curse on Ham (which was really on Canaan and had NOTHING to do with turning black)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curse_of_Ham#Early_Judaism_and_Islam

While Genesis 9 never says that Ham was black, he became associated with black skin, through folk-etymology deriving his name from a similar, but actually unconnected, word meaning "dark" or "brown". The next stage, are certain fables according to ancient Jewish traditions. According to one legend preserved in the Babylonian Talmud, God cursed Ham because he broke a prohibition on sex aboard the ark and was cursed with blackness;[38]according to another, Noah cursed him because he castrated his father. Although the Talmud refers only to Ham, the version brought in the Medrash goes on further to say "Ham, that Cush came from him" in reference to the blackness, that the curse did not apply to all of Ham but only to his eldest son Cush, Cush being a sub-Saharan African. Thus two distinct traditions existed, one explaining dark skin as the result of a curse on Ham, the other explaining slavery by the separate curse on Canaan.

Islam would later follow suit.

The two concepts may have become merged in the 7th century by some Muslim writers, the product of a culture with a long history of enslaving black Africans; the origin and persistence of the "Curse of Ham", in which Ham, blackness and slavery became a single curse, was thus the result of Islam's need for a justifying myth. Many mediaeval Muslim authorities including Muhammad ibn Jarir al-Tabari, Ibn Khaldun, and even the laterBook of the Zanj all asserted the view that the effects of Noah's curse on Ham's descendants included blackness, slavery, and a requirement not to let the hair grow past the ears. This is despite the fact that the account of the drunkenness of Noah is not included in the Qur'an.

Everything this clown just posted has NOTHING to do with what the Zondervan stated.

Actually, it does lol.

but you're so much of a "Hebrew-Israelite" stan that you're not gonna let up off your false belief.

You're completely delusional.
