I I feel Trish is kind of the perfect allegory for " White Feminism" in that she destroys everything around her and gets what she wants and doesn't pay the price the other characters do ...
i feel this show trys a lot of things it kind of flops around too much ... but it has some really interesting ideas and good actors honestly each episode could be like maybe 10 to 15 minutes shorter and it would work better

Finished watching and seriously... fukk TRISH! She gets it from her manipulative ass mother. She the White chick that has been getting people killed for centuries.
Also hated how Malcolm always got blamed for everything and was emasculated. Glad he won in the end. That Lesbian Lawyer slowly became my favorite character.
Anyways this season was surprisingly decent.

But yea this season was a big improvement compared to last season.
I honestly was hoping Jessica was gonna beat the ish outta Trish.
They didn't have a character as strong as Purple Man, and love interest wasn't as interesting as Luke Cage. But the lawyers side story was probably better than her Ex-Wife plot from last season. And while I hated Trish, I hated her in a good way, as opposed to her boyfriend from last season who was just terrible in an entertainment sense.
Trish is the archetype definition of a White woman. Blonde hair, blue eyes, spoiled, entitled, greedy, stubborn, manipulative, airhead, conniving, etc. All into one.
Thats the thing. Purple man carried last season. While there were no likable characters this season or a good villain, the plot was very good and engaging.

I was hoping they could pull a narcos where the season after a great villain ( Pablo) dies is arguably better.

that was me after iron fist and the def/iron fist part2 but then punisher happened. And i am hearing good things about LC (apparently its darker and they've improved the fight choreography tho we shall see). Think we are at the stage where we know DD will deliver and then all the rest are a guess, which stings as i found JJ s1 to be atleast top 2

It was good. It wasn't great, but it was better than Defenders, JJ2, and Iron Fist.
I don't understand why these comic movies and shows don't stick to the most obvious formula for making a great story: Have a great villian.
Joker (Heath Ledger), Kingpin (Netflix), Kilgrave are what made those projects great.
Samuel L Jackson's MR. Glass is a better villian than most Marvel and DC villians.
