You're not wrong, but you're not right.
Forrest was raised in a mansion with servants and a loving single mother. She did everything up to, and including sleep with his school administrator to get him into school. She supported and loved him whole heartedly.
Jenny grew up in a run down shack with a dead mother, and a drunk father who molested her and her sisters almost everyday. She grew up in squalor and chaos.
They were opposite sides of the coin in every way
They didn't have psychologists back in the 60/70s like they do today. So Jenny ran and rebelled by taking drugs and getting involved with guys similar to her father. Abusive, drug addicted alcoholics.
She could have come back and spent all of Forrest money. Been a doped up millionaire, but she didn't want to do that him. She wasn't ready. She gave him what he always wanted and dipped. Didn't ask him for money. Didn't steal from him. She just knew she wasn't right for him at that time.
Life happened and she had his kid. She got her shyt together but found out she was dying. Life happens.
Life being the villain is the reoccurring theme. It was just about how you handle it, which is where you are correct.
Life really is a box of chocolates, and that's what we saw with a the characters. How they handled shyt.
It’s worth watchingYou know what
I don't think I've seen this movie in its entirety
Like I've seen chunks of the movie at different times
But
Not the full movie
lmao what
It’s worth noting as much as people get mad at Jenny for not being with Forest, it seems as if she was trying to protect him from the realities of the world. She wasnt a villian as much as she was a ho seeking love. But didnt want that love from Forrest for whatever reason.
have you been to the film room?She-Hulk was easily the best of the second wave of MCU tv shows (though beating the likes of Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel ain't really much to brag about ).
That same child like quality is what saves him and those close to him throughout his life too. It's how he can take the hits and keep coming, he never loses that child wonder at the world. She drops the child news on him and he doesn't even really get mad, he's in awe. He stubbornly refuses to give up on Lt. Dan and that leads to him finding peace on the boat. It’s worth noting as much as people get mad at Jenny for not being with Forest, it seems as if she was trying to protect him from the realities of the world.
Forest doesn’t even understand that Jenny was raped and molested as a kid. When Forest is sitting on the bench at the beginning of the movie explaining Jenny’s backstory to the black lady, he describes her daddy as someone that was very loving because he was always kissing and hugging Jenny.
Even after all these years, even though he’s now a grown ass man, that’s how he thinks about Jenny and her home life.
I don’t think it should be hard to see why Jenny felt like she couldn’t be with someone like that. Someone she’d literally have to explain child molestation to as if they were a five year old. She protected him by not telling him. And that child like protectiveness was why she also probably felt like he could never be a partner for her.
The breh posting is @85 EastThis is the THIRD video of breh I've seen shared on here and he ain't talking about shyt worth all this exposure.
I'm finna look into this OP. You have a maximum 1 hour to admit if it's you/self promotion. Don't let me find out you made the other threads before then

That's what I get from the movie. Especially when I joined the Marines, once you start to go "Mission 1st" and don't question your order, you move up. Even in the workforce, you gotta do it by whatever "SOP" they follow to the letter.or if you do as you're told, don't question authority you'll succeed in life, even if you are a retard
