There are white people who both sides of their family are white in Cuba who they call negrita. One of my wife’s cousins has been called La Negra since birth even by black people in Cuba and she’s white. She is in no way saying she is black. Alternately, I know black people in Cuba who they call “el ruso” the Russian or “el Rubio” blondie.

And furthermore she probably didn’t even write those lyrics cause she barely speaks Spanish.
