It's not the minority. I wish it were, but it's not. It hasn't been that way even in games where we're blowing them out. I've noticed that all year with A-Rod. When you get booed during games where you're blowing teams out, it ain't a small group that want this.

I gotta get to the game. Hopefully we're still talking about these lineups in present tense tomorrow.

Difference between what torre did and girardi is that torre had no ties to arod. Without A-rod girardi would be still wearing no. 27.

I just can't see how you bench Arod but not sit Granderson. If Gardner can't play then why waste a roster spot that could've gone to dikkerson.99.

if anything you keep a-rod in the line-up since you're stuck with him for 5 more years and you don't want to completely shatter his confidence and be at odds with him for the rest of his contract.

as far as grandy....i don't get it.

i know he hit alotta homers this year but right now he's swinging the bat so terribly and isn't even a good CF'er which would be the only possible reason i could see girardi keeping him in there. gritty gardner should be in there. i don't give a fukk if he hasn't swung a bat since april, there's no fukking way he can be any worse than curtis right now and his speed, defense, and plate discipline are infinitely better than granderson's has ever been.

when the yanks got him from us, everybody kept saying how we took a huge L. His defense, speed, and etc wasnt questioned. He's actually hitting for more power with the yanks.
