bro please, Joe Saunders is asss, your pitching is decent at best, and the Yanks lineup is stacked not ordinary. Im tired of giving credit to no namers every year, at some point you say its the hitters not the pitchers.

Tell em how you feel nigha:steviej:

Niqqa please.

Yankees fans have been bytching about the Yanks inability to produce against decent pitching since the beginning of the season.

The O's aren't 'pioneering' some shyt we didn't know was a problem with our team.

I actually got into an argument with Keith Olberman on twitter about this prior to the playoffs.

:whoa:
Not saying that the O's are pioneering the way to beat the Yanks but it is different in the regular season vs the post season imo. But hey if I had the experience and payroll that the Yanks did and i turned in a performance like they have been so far i would be pretty pissed too.

Yup Ive been saying this, the media always wants to blame pitching but they will have no choice this year but to blame the hitting. I dont want to say he was luckily hit,Ill give Arod credit for 09 but basically other than his hot streak, ever since this stacked lineup was put together starting really in 04 we just havent had that ability to get timely hits. We bring in new stars and they fall into the same trap, its incredible that we cant count on dudes like teixiera or arod to get sac flys when that shiit was a given with the dynasty team.

This lineup since 04 is talented enough they should bomb Koufax let alone scrubs like Joe Saunders. They just choke all the time. I mean that 06 team? that team had more talent than Murders row and the big red machine and got shut down by Kenny Rogers.

pretty much. small sample size yadda yadda...this is a trend

they dont always win since 04 where you been breh? even though 01-03 they didnt win the title, they still had that timely hitting ability, you still got the feeling they knew how to win playoff games, now its like they find ways to lose instead of finding ways to win. First round exits almost every year, we basically the Braves now, you know we in the offs every year but you know we getting ousted first round every year.

I'm a Mets fan, I always expect the worst, in this case the Yankees winning.

7-26 in games in which they don't hit a HR.

That's one of those biased stats though. If the Yankees don't hit a home run in a game, they were most likely shut down by a pitcher and/or had a collectively bad hitting night. Yes they rely on the home run but in over 80% of the games, they got one and they won most of those games.

Even with minimal production from the middle of their lineup, they're tied 2-2 against a team that had a very similar record this season.

i know Saunders is shaky but he didn't eff it up last night :manny:

but you're hitters ain't the same and like I said the Os bull pen has been solid this year... pitching went from a liability to an asset :wow:

If I was'nt at work I'd go to this game

And stop saving ANYONE in this lineup, especially A-Rod. There are people who are here for the sole purpose of HITTING. And A-Rod is the highest paid one so he definitely will get the biggest share of the blame, because he's supposed to be (by way of salary and stats) the best player on the team. You have to accept that.

Tex was brought in for his bat skills as well so yes he gets blame. Same for Cano who was the Yankees best hitter this season.
