Taker did the dive to the outside on HBK 10 years ago and its in every video package for Wrestlemania. Happens every match in AEW. They’re making primetime wrestling disposable and it really undermines the sacrifice of the performer. If Jeff had done a spot like that in WWE it would have been at a major event and it would be honored for the next 10 years.

Nobody getting hype for that anymore.

The two things you mention were fresh over a decade ago but in that time versions of those sequences have been done a million times in companies all over the world including WWE on random episodes of Raw and Smackdown.
It isn't an "AEW overdoes it" thing as much as its an "it's been done already...a lot" thing.

Fair enough but DID well.

Like you said….. y’all can bring up something from 20+ years ago that still hits on something but can’t bring up something in the last week in that company yet alone the last 5+ years that can do the same

Anything they already doing is disposable and is already undermining the wrestlers. That company and the fans need to be a little more self aware and not too quick to point the finger

Like you acknowledged, they have MAJOR ISSUES of their own
