Pro wrestler Jeff Hardy has his second DWI arrest in as many years, and it sounds like the WWE's patience -- as well as his family's -- is wearing thin.
Hardy -- AKA Brother Nero -- was busted in Moore County, NC on Thursday around 10:30 PM. He was booked for driving while impaired, and for driving on a revoked drivers license.
Hardy got his first DWI in March 2018 -- also in North Carolina -- after getting into a car accident. He was totally blitzed, according to cops who said he blew a .25 BAC -- more than 3 times the legal limit.
As TMZ Sports first reported ... he was also arrested in July of this year for public intoxicationin Myrtle Beach.
Normally, Hardy would be in the ring as one half of the Hardy Boyz for SmackDown -- which made its big debut on FOX Friday night -- but he's been recovering from a knee surgery in May.
In response to Thursday's arrest, the WWE says Jeff "is responsible for his own personal actions." Due to the injury, he wasn't expected back in the ring until late this year, at best.

Yup. I totally understand that a guy like Jeff would be better suited in a place like AEW where you are able to control more of your character, but that's just so unprofessional. I'm interested in the term of his deal, as sabotaging himself to force a release could only be passable if he was long term... Like if he had a year or whatever left, just wait it out breh...

That would have been a huge misstep for them, glad they pulled outta those plans.
His deal was supposed to be up with Matt's, but they were able to extend it cause he was injured. He didn't do it to force a release though, that was wwe jumping the gun.

i never said if i “followed” jeff hardy i pointing out how stupid he sounds…also he claims he wasnt used right so his debut match is vs jobbers on the B show
Regardless, even if he was fed up, that's so unprofessional, even now that we know it wasn't because of drugs and he chose to do that while sober...
It's not really jumping the gun from E when one of your talents ups and leaves through the crowd during a match. When have you ever heard of that happening before in the E? Of course that's a fire-able offense..
