Tax them MORE! this is precisely why. Never expect businesses to do the right thing. They will only look out for themselves so the government needs to extract more money from them and do a better job of supporting workers.

Walmart has been doing the same thing for years. They paid them little but encouraged them to file for government assistance. It's getting hard to get mad at folks like Jeff Bezos when we have a government that will set by and doing nothing.
