Sometimes these guys aren't like intellectual enough or articulate enough to make their point in a more nuanced way, and it's in a quick, off the cuff radio interview

He does come off a little classist and ironically so

he always has really

like another poster said, plenty of dope boys are well behaved, plenty are not. Same goes for normal people.

because I know spots in my own city where I don't go, not because of fear, but because it's not fun FOR MEto be in a place that feels like a better decorated holding cell, with a bunch of straight criminals and low lifes.

tell my boys all the time, that I feel like a loser in those spots, I want to be elevated and in those upper tier spots, don't care if they are criminals or not, but the guys in those places are like carrying pistols, looking for the issue, ready to fight over nothing, got the girls switching tables and everyone gets jealous, it's just a headache. Plus, police are all IN those spots.

Weird thread. You should be able to enjoy any type of content without showing your ass in a public establishment. Time and place for everything. :francis:
:mjpls:
These responses tell you a lot about how people think and how you can’t take everybody with you bc if some of y’all can’t understand why you gotta have decorum at certain places and why you can’t act and do the same thing at every place idk what else can be said. Some are playing dumb because they know damn well, you can’t be trying to smoke weed in many upscale joints

:mjtf:This thread….So just because the content that Jeezy raps about in his music. Means that he should’ve expected this reaction because of his audience/fans. So if Rob Zombie opened a restaurant should he also. Expect his audience/fans to be acting a fool in his restaurant?

I don’t believe in changing when it’s convienent for you, after you’ve already contributed to the fukkery

That’s called taking advantage

No doubt, i agree.

But you know how it goes..

"Once a dope dealer, always a dope dealer" is the mindset of these posts in this thread.. The same mindset police officers in the 80s and 90s had against black men with prior felonies on their record.. Brothers trying to fly straight and a crocked cop throw cuffs on him for something he didn't do. All because "he use to" do this and that. The reason you had hundreds/thousands of wrongfully convicted people just released after doing 30+..

So the consensus can be drawn that once you make it out, don't ever go back, because you will be forever remembered for what you "use to do"..
:jbhmm: Interesting. So... whats your opinion on ex hoes? Wifeable? (I don't mean bytches that just like to fukk I mean actual professionals.)

My opinion on ex h0es is im glad she put that life behind her. If she's wifeable, thats according to the need of the mate. Some can overlook it, some cant. But I believe it would be difficult in the area she gained that reputation though..

Jeezy. one of the most prolific drug dealers by his own accounts, wants to turn his nose up at people.

I'm sorry but I'm not feeling it. You got rich off catering to these exact people and peddling poison to your community. He got his glow up and image reform but I was there at the genesis of his fame that nikka was ignorance incarnate and the Dboys at the time superhero.
Maybe I’m missing something. So Because he was a drug dealer or used to hang around certain types of people, he should allow people to illegally smoke weed at his restaurant or allow them special treatment because they used to see him in the streets. Make it make sense.
