Sounds like you are sterotyping.

Just calling it how I see it. The same goes for the group of Black people who were upset with the Black Principal in Houston who had to enforce a Dress Code so parents stop coming to school with Pajamas and Bonnets on.

We have to stop making excuses for certain poor behaviors.

Do you act like that when you go out? How about your Family, Friends, or Lady?

this is a GREAT fukking point

to be fair tho for some of these rappers it’s possible that their “outside” ventures wouldn’t be as successful if their hip hop name/likeness wasn’t attached to it

He wanted them for album sales not restaurant bookings. I can't be mad at opportunists being self serving that's business

Jeezy told young men about the dope game then told his son go to school. The actions speak. No reason to be mad at him. People just have to accept the motivations change with money. Business is business
Not agreeing or disagreeing, exactly and a little off topic, but most Jeezy fans were UGK fans too. Pimp and Bun told nikkas well before Jeezy came around that there is a very fukked up side to the dope game. But I guess nikkas skipped those tracks because it wasn’t only talking about the getting money part of it…

From The Westside With Love
The same owners who should have been more worried about raw meat on the kitchen floor and unsanitary cooking areas:skip: seems like they should worry less about paying customers dancing to booty shaking music they’re playing in their own restaurants and more worried about not running some janky ass shyt. That owner was unprofessional and more ratchet than everyone of those twerkers:sas2:

You're talking about one particular viral clip, i'm talking about them types of people in general.

Countless brunch and restaurant videos of them types doing cringeworthy shyt and think it's ok cause they're paying customers.

Dope boys with bread go to high end restaurants all the time. Some know how to carry themselves in high end establishments and some don't. This goes for people who aren't criminals as well, some people just don't know how to act in a classy way. We all know people whether they a criminal or work at a plant, that just don't know how to turn that ratchet, country or hood side off. :manny:

I remember when Cam told people he owned a bunch of Burger Kings but he doesn't talk about it... but dudes don't really get why attaching yourself to everything you do isn't always good for business.

Same shyt happened with Moneybagg Yo....he didn't understand that his fanbase of
well done walmart steak eaters didn't understand that the prices at his steakhouse were actually under normal market rates.

Rick Ross is the only rapper who got it right with his Wingstop and Rally's/Checkers branding.

It's a damn steakhouse. If you think it's ok to go into restaurant dressing and acting like you're at a random food truck, then you shouldn't be in an establishment like that. This ain't about what he rapped about, this is about having common sense.

I'm not saying I agree with Jeezy either but people like him and Jay are pure capitalists and people still act surprised that they are self serving.

FACTS!

nikkas don't know by now that they are motivated by profit just like another business?

they happen to be black. i can't believe this is breaking news in the year 2023.

Rappers will promote nothing but spirits and liquor, Dusse, Ciroc, Belair, Lechemin Duroi under the guise of black excellence, when they're in fact just cheerleaders and promo men for big brands like Diageo as was the case recently with Diddy where they told him to :camby: and he sued them.

Slim Thug was so right. Y'all mad at Jeezy but why are your expectations high for these rappers?

Where is the surprise in his comments? These rap nikkas SHOW you who they are over and over again. Believe them!
