I have a dude who works for me who’s on the spectrum… and he’s about this awkward to talk to everyday. Dude is so awkward that he told a racist joke to a bunch of his nikka ass coworkers and they didn’t even get tight, they all just came to me in private and asked me to talk to him. Yeah this was not a good look. If he actually had charisma, it could have been something but he is so devoid of charisma, he has anti-charisma. It's just awkward. If your going to do something like that you better have a witty line, that will make headlines or put together a short speech of the top of the dome.
