That's not true.

When black album dropped, I saw first hand all the kids in the projects in Miami of all places was singing Dirt of Your Shoulder and 99 Problems.

You tryna rewrite history to blatantly hate. Just stop.

This doesnt mean he was the hottest, it just means he was hot.

Brehs gonna be telling the nurses that coming in with the ounce cups n daily keep you kicking tablets about how "the whiteboy ate camel up on Renegade" and "Nas won" between gulps.

This is the absolute truth

nikkas call him the GOAT when he was never the actual greatest any year he was active. He’s the Carmelo Anthony of rap. He’s always been good but never the best. Imagine calling a nikka the greatest boxer and he never won a title.
OMG I swear some of you dudes analytical skills are non-existent. Firstly, there is an argument to be made about a couple years, 2001 for example. But forget that. Where your analytical skills fail you is that Jay was ALWAYS at worst in the Top 3 of any given year. While some of the rappers who may have been #1 totally disappeared from the top 10. Its called CONSISTENCY AND LONGEVITY. Who cares if you was #1 one year and then 5 years later you fell so far niqqaz thought you died? Thats why Jay is the GOAT.
