A 13 year old cannot sign a binding legal document of that nature - parent would have to and seeing as how she called her father - they would know back then that NDA doesn’t apply. The only angle would be that they thought no one would believe her.
Or they were paid off .

It's def a bullshyt lawsuit.

My thing is can there not be a civil and criminal suit filed at the same time or close in time together? Or immediately after the DA doesn't go forward with the criminal?
It’s is but the damage is there now

Jay gonna make sure this dude feels the pain

I always said if Jay was more like 50 it would be Armageddon

We might see that now

For her to believe she was under an NDA would require her entire family to lead her to believe that.

1. I DOUBT ANYONE KNEW
SHE WAS 13

2. I DOUBT HER FAST ASS
TOLD HER PPL SHE WAS OUT
SNEAKING INTO ADULT PARTIES

exactly. Minors CANNOT sign any paperwork legally. You cannot even place a minor as beneficiaries depending on the type of document (found this out after talking to Estate Planner Lawyers). shyt is crazy.

sidenote: Get a TRUST brehs not a will if you got decent bread. Trusts allow you to avoid probate.

Right a will normally for an estate. Your estate normally go to your spouse and the spouse divide it amongst your children according to how you wanted it.

100%.

So much more control with Trusts than Wills as far as what you want. Also allows you to protect shyt like property and stuff having it in a trust vs a will. Prevents greedy spouses who marry your children from trying to take shyt you worked for in the event they divorce and shyt.
