Jay been chasing the money his whole career….
It’s hard to tell what his motives are since he doesn’t speak a lot, he’s just in the sidelines nowadays.

Synder is one of the few owners who own the stadium. I think locations plays a part of it too.How the hell are the commanders so valuable? The scandals and problems should have tanked the value and made it worth scraps

Does owning the stadium really matter when every team fleeces the local gov for tax breaks and essentially gets the shyt built at no cost when it's all did and done?

if you buy the team you own the Team, Stadium, and Practice Facility in No. VA
The lease isn’t up until 2027. Perfect time to sell so the new owner can quickly get a new stadium finalized so they could break ground on new site and move in the next 4-5 years.Synder is one of the few owners who own the stadium. I think locations plays a part of it too.
Is this another Brooklyn Nets percentage deal for Jigga?
Dummies haven't been paying attention. Jay has made a lot of sales lately to get his cash up. That's also why he is selling dusse. He will have enough cash and leverage to own a significant portion a team. Prob 10% to 25%. Ane That's a big deal.
because it's theater. if the NFL wanted black ownership, they'd be amenable to a GROUP buying a team, not individuals (yes, there are minority owners with individuals, but they want majority stakes to be 80%+). it just doesnt move me to see an announcement that realistically means jay might have a 1-5% stake. i'd love to see him + a group of ~10 other high net worth blacks go in for a majority stake, that would be awesome to know a team is majority black owned, not adding him to a squad of white investors to trot out as some sort of consolation prize for blacks
