Because jay was not looking for a single Parkin lot pimpin was the single. They was about to shoot the video that day for Parkin Lot but Jay pivoted based out on Give it to me sounded after that session. Give it to me should not made the album. And people saying Jay didn’t pay Sparks. Jay had to clear a sample that would bankrupt sparks. Because he stole the fukking hook himself lol

2. Thanks for bringing up the Dynasty album, which everybody knows was supposed to be a Roc group

8. Def Jam Records didn’t want to release it as a compilation because they felt it would be hard to find in the record stores if it wasn’t under JAY Z’s name.
