Jay Z had State Property rap every time they seen him and took their rhymes

not surprising, just look at the dynasty album, was supposed to be a roc album but jay jacked it. give it me was really an oscino song

even on Reasonable Doubt, to me it seems like jay at times is trying to sound like camp lo, not in rap style but his voice itself. and we know he jacked the flow and hook to feelin it.

he just always been a jacker of styles
So the neptunes was just gonna give O a beat huh lol

y’all dudes lol

Everywhere...You never there.
Seems like Beans didn’t want to speak on it

I noticed that too :mjpls:

Just seems like Beans is in a different head space . He’s been through the angry phase . Shyt is legitimately like a real loss to them and they all have and/or are going through the stages of grief . Beans has finally reached acceptance and he prob didn’t wanna get pulled back in to the anger stage since hes done the work and endured the humbling to process it all .

And lowkey he’s at the point where he’s probably hopin for a Jay stimulus package before it’s too late .

“everybody got these roc chains everybody go on these lunches where was these lunches at when NaS was on your ass?”
:mjlol:

Shyt was hilarious :mjlol:

Jay-Z jacked Jaz-O sttyle in the 80s
Hov then stole Fu Schnickens flow in the early 90s
Mid to late 90s Nas gave him a style to run with
After Biggie died, Jay tried to become Big
Young Chris comes along n is totally shang tsung'd by Jigga (early 00s)

2003 - Jigga retires

Late 00s comes back, flops, jumps on Kanyes dikk

My gosh . :wow:

“They don't really care for you
Be a lil' careful, you
Might think you sharin' ya shyt
And the weirdest shyt
Then next time you hear his shyt
You hearin' you
That just let's me know I'm gift with the lyrics too
While I don't take it personal
Reverse em' when they share with you”- Young Chris

literally read that and even THAT sounded like Jay. If you didn’t know any better you’d think he was biting Jay. Chris gotta be seething . But he’s handled it all with grace.
I might get shytted on for this but who knows where Jayz would be today if it wasn't for state property. He took there flows, hooks, lines. We wouldn't have give it to me without Sparks. I am not saying Jay owes his success to them just saying who knows where he would be if he didn't link with them...

Them negroes need reparations .

Sparks, not Oschino...

and y’all acting like Hov took the verses, beat, and everything
:dead:

He just added Sparks hook he already had...

:pachaha:

I like that. He "added" an already existing hook off an already existing song that was already recorded and structured.

Jay ain't a biter afterall. He's a mathematician.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
The thing about all those State Property/Dip Set Hot 97 freestyles is the fact that they were obviously written much prior because they always ad-libbed and finished the end each other's bars all the time.

So it's not far fetched at all to think that Jay didn't do this when he straight up jacked Chris' whole style.
Jay was on the first one doing the damn ad libs himself

Anybody who raps, is around rappers, knows that they hear all the bars, all the time. Anybody thinking Jay, who is notorious for borrowing lines, wouldn't borrow some from his own crew.. Especially when plenty evidence has been posted from multiple songs and sources

Guilty Until Proven Innocent was released in 2001 and was the second single of the dynasty album

1. ...aaand muthafuccers be having songs they made on hold for YEARS before they release them officially,
so when it actually was released doesn’t speak to when it was made all the time.

2. Thanks for bringing up the Dynasty album, which everybody knows was supposed to be a Roc group
album but Jay was like “Nah, this chit too hot for the group - Imma take these songs and make it one of
my albums”. That’s exactly the kinda thing this thread is talking about.
