I really don't think it's a debate. Nas at his best is in the ballpark, but I honestly feel like no man in rap has been better with words than Elec. He's saying the most profound shyt in the most poetic ways possible. It's Shakespearean. I know multiple people who say they cry when they listen to some of his stuff, especially Better In tune W/ the Infinite.

He’s the GOAT.

All I needed was one album.

Man jigga does not come off as believable rapping the way he has on this or 4:44, as a listener I don't buy it, doesnt sound authentic at all coming from him. Forced is the word here.

Elect is a Fisher Price version of Killah Priest real talk, nothing amazing about duke at all, cats listening to this shyt like their plugged into the matrix when its nothing new at all. Elect should be criticized for dropping this after the long wait. Breh is lazy period. Last concert I went to of his he milked 3-5 songs from catalog for 2hrs talking for most of the time. If I'm not mistaking it was supposed to be a combined dilla tribute as well/piggy backing of another legend.

If you don't think the production on here is bland then there is no use of even going back and forth because we will not see eye to eye.

Killer Priest is not believable it’s a gimmick to him also he’s not poetic easily the wackest Wu affiliate and this is who you’re defending ... fukk outta here chump

Exactly what I did. Album is a lot better than I remembered too

People truly hated on Nasir for no reason Haha. I honestly don't get the hate at all. My own gripe was parts or the mixing. Other than that. Not for radio, cop shot the kid, bonjour(a sleeper, nas floated), everything, Adam and Eve, simple things. White label could have been a little better, but even that bangs a little bit. That song felt a little rushed.

Y’all buggin with the Nasir praise all of a sudden, there were 2 great songs, the rest of that album was all over the place and rushed, fukk Kanye for sucking him into that 7 track bullshyt.

I’m still salty about him forcing Daytona to only be 7 tracks too, I find it hard to look at that as a classic album because it’ll only ever feel like an EP to me
