Why keep taking blows to the head if you don't have to...
He was a CENTER, on that front line ramming heads with 300 pound beasts for a living...

Whatchu mean why? Apparently he was good at it and oh yea it paid him multiple millions of dollars.

Btw i have no problem with the man wanting to quit for safety concerns if he had said thats why he's quitting but he didn't. At least that would make more sense than what is portrayed to have happened, he woke up one day, said he was going to throw his God given talent in the bushes to farm....something he had to learn about on youtube??? :wtf:

He merely wants to help ppl in a christianly manner, so again i'm just scratching my head like he could have still played football and owned the farm to give out free food in that way. Maybe there's as much money in farming as in being an NFL center. I doubt it. I hope he's smart enough to have a great investment portfolio cuz i'm never keen on seeing blk men making huge economic strides only to throw it away like it's nothing.

Bruh you sound really uneducated on current events or you just worship money...
Football is a DANGEROUS game...
Get your money and get out

I went to college with the guy who got paralyzed on a special teams play in the NFL...
Whatever his reason for wanting to quit he knows that retired NFL players are walking around handicapped in their 40's...

What people also dont understand when he hit 55 he start collecting $2,000 a month in pension money from the nfl for the rest of his life.. so he can go on and continue to do his farming help people get money and just retire in good health and both legs, a back and brain cells at 55 and get that pension

He dumb because he could have been doing this in the offseason with a hired staff investing...so that by the time he is 40 he is caked up from the NFL and the farm is already making a profit.

There are plenty of pro athletes/actors doing stuff like this....

But at the end of the day his passion is his passion......:salute:
