When you watch a Hokuto/Kandori match in which Hokuto's tombstoned so hard she leaves a dent in the announce table...and that's not even, like, the 10th least safe thing you've seen in the last week, you know you're dealing with some real joshi madness.
These girls can't even give or receive a back suplex without it looking like death half the time.

Didn't even know how to react to this when I first saw it. It's certainly the most chaotic cage match I've ever seen, what with the match in the ring, the fighting outside the ring, seconds throwing weapons into the cage, seconds trying to get into the cage, the finish, etc.
I was in awe. Truly unique wrestling experience if nothing else.

So I'm plowing through 1994 in my little joshi retrospective and I'm staring down Big Egg Universe....
What the fukk is this show
-It's AT LEAST 10.5 hours long from the copy I have for...some fukking reason. In fact, it was so long that it ended after the last trains stopped running in Tokyo.
-It's a 23 MATCH CARD, which includes a minis match, a kickboxing match, two amateur wrestling matches, a shootfight, a random M-Pro 6-man fifth from the top, and a 7 match tournament that seemingly meant nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Seriously, who the fukk thought this was a good idea? I mean, it seemed to do good business but they couldn't have put on a 5 or 6 hour dome show to do it?
Somebody please explain this to me. I'm scared.
