Nah that now belongs to Shiny Suit Suzuki :mjlol:

He's the reason they made the dress code, they figured he wouldn't shoot fight in his fresh clothes (Come on)

Maybe it will turn out to be a Mutoh/Tenyru miracle match :lupe:

Breh :wow: if that happens.... :wow: maybe some Korakuen Magic.

This could be the greatest G1 of all time, brehs.

Most exciting one if a while no doubt about it :obama:

Who do you people have winning this thing? Other than possibly White (I still haven't come around on him; not sure I ever really will) or Ibushi, this seems like a tournament that lends itself to a less predictable winner than in the past (yes, I know it's Gedo. I'm just saying).

To be fair, no one saw Tana winning the whole thing when the block were announced last year.

Like others have pointed out, White and Ibushi are the favorites but until we get the schedule is kinda hard to figure out which matchups will truly serve as "semi finals" and were the eventual winner might come from.

Strong BJ & Akira Hyodo vs Takuya Nomura, Ryuichi Kawakami & Kazumi Kikuta - BJW 5/30/19
Daisuke Sekimoto, Yuji Okabayashi

Strong BJ 6 man tag at Korakuen is pretty much a guarantee of a fun match, this one does not disappoint. Match also has the added condiment that is building up for Yuji defending the title against Nomura the young gawd and they do an awesome job making you want to watch that match ASAP. Hyodo's human wrecking ball gimmick is fun to watch and he showed some nice moves at the start against Kikuta. Kawami is used for what he does best - short spurts of beating the fukk out of someone - and Sekimoto is basically reduced to cheering for his guys and bumping for his opponents. You watch this to see if Okabayashi and Nomura can work their magic, and they sure as hell do. Some of those slaps were :banderas: @SubZeroDegrees 12 minutes of fun stuff from the best division in puro @Scottie Drippin

Another Gold Medal

As much as I hate the head and neck bumps these dudes are grown men. :hubie: I like NJ for the (safe) stiff matches and the real grappling aspect. In real wrestling they have you working on bridges and trap exercises on the chance you get dropped on your head these dudes doing shyt on purpose. :gucci: That's Japanese wrestling though they gonna do what they do :hubie:

Even at the high school/college level if you take your opp off his feet you have the responsibility of dropping him relatively safely. These dudes play fighting and dropping each other wild dangerous.
