I'm checking out the NOAH show from a day or two ago. I don't recognize any of these fools except for the guys who were there 18 fukking years ago. Cody Hall looking :flabbynsick: as hell. Last time I saw him he was both cut and jacked, now he's just flabby. What happened to him being in the Bullet Club? I watched a few shows last year and still don't recognize these people :to:

Some thoughts on NOAH in 2019

Go and Nakajima are multiple levels ahead of everyone (besides Sug) in that company in terms of look, movements, and general ability. They're so far ahead of the rest of the guys that it feels like they shouldn't even be in that company.

I don't like Maybach, but I did like his beefy friend. I assume he has some beef matches in BJW?

Astounded that Ogawa looks and moves like he hasn't aged in 25 years. Wtf. You look at the rest of the late AJPW/early NOAH crew and they're all complete wrecks, retired old dads and barely recognizable, dead, or otherwise highly :flabbynsick:. Then there's 52 year old Rat Boy moving like it's still 1997. The fukk. I was impressed with the other guys in the 6 man tag, although they all LOOK like indie trash. fukking trash bag pants/shorts in 2019, brehs. But they were good in the ring and it was the best match on the show for sure.

Kenou/Kiyomiya felt like a 2 hour match, just would not end. Neither guy does anything for me, Kiyomiya is like an early stage Go, but doesn't feel like a top guy at all to me. Kenou seems like he should be tagging with Kanemaru for 65 years.

Yuji Hino is godsent. Highly recommend looking for anything from his K-DOJO and DDT runs, and most recently with AJPW, his appearances in the Champion Carnival and Royal Road Tournament from last year. Dude's just an absolute beast. :wow:

It truly boggles my mind that you don't watch the Strong Division. That shyt has everything you like about wrestling.

Now I'm fully expecting you to start watching when the Death Match tournament start and shyt all over Big Japan :mjlol:

I do keep trying it and then get bored and give up and then feel like there's so much shyt I've missed that I don't really want to get caught up. Also not knowing most of the guys or their moves and shyt just ends up with me going to bed instead. I'm too old and my head is stuffed too full of wrassle shyt that I just can't find the motivation to really be checking out and getting into new shyt. Kind of like every Netflix trial I get ends up with me marathoning The Office or Gilmore Girls for the 8th time instead of watching the highly acclaimed new shyt.
