Why is bare male asses such a thing for comedy in Japan? It's not just wrestling, but it certainly seems to happen an awful lot in Japanese comedy wrestling.

I don't think that can be explained besides "it's Japan". As long as we don't start getting tentacles in our puro we fine :whoa: :dame:

I need a sitcom with Iizuka settling into retired life.:wow:

Wearing Tommy Bahama shirts. Going to dinner at 4pm and using the iron fingers as a fork. Biting the mailman. Minoru Suzuki as 'Wilson'. All of that.

:dead:

I've always had an irrational resentment towards Iizuka because he was the guy feuding and working with Ishii for what it felt forever during the years Ishii couldn't get a push worth a damn and had to be content with 1 Korakuen main event a year on a C show :mjcry:

It looks like IWGP United States Champion Juice Robinson isn’t going anywhere. It was recently reported by Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio that Robinson has re-signed with New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) on a new three-year deal. Robinson recently defeated Cody Rhodes at Wrestle Kingdom 13 to regain the United States Title.

This is a bright spot for NJPW, as it was recently announced that top stars such as Kenny Omega and KUSHIDA will be leaving the company. Meltzer noted that there was some interest in Robinson from WWE, but things never got serious enough to the point where they offered him a deal. Robinson is no stranger to WWE, competing in NXT under the name CJ Parker at one point.

However, he made the decision to leave the company in 2015 and has continued to grow as a performer overseas. Now, it looks like Robinson won’t be going anywhere for another three years.

lol @ bright spot like it was ever any question if Juice would stay or not. He wasn't dropped from NXT, he made the decision to leave himself and it's the best decision he ever made.
