*waits for the Day 1 BJW Strong Tag League videos to be upped*

@Jmare007

Day 1 was taped for Samurai TV and will air on Saturday so links should be available on the weekend :myman: Day 2 (tomorrow) in Korakuen doesn't have an air date yet but I would think it's gonna be taped for Samurai too. I hope we get all the matches online like last year.

I'm :blessed: the c*nt off between Nomura/Abe and Kazuki/Aoki is a lock to hit online too as it will happen in Death Vegas and that's for sure being taped for TV.

PS: Kazuki won the Jr title as expected, under 14 minutes and it was the main event, can't wait to see if he and Shinobu can do better than the okay matches they've had already.

Hey, remember that match we've ran to the ground and gave us the only disappointing gate in the G-1? Let's do it again :krs:!

So, the BCOG stuff from the G-1 got a lot of backlash from Japanese fans. When Devitt formed the stable I remember something similar happening - it was western fans who fully embraced their fukkery/interference - but it now seems that Meji's role in the whole OG angle did not bode well at all, as a lot of fans were concerned that the product would get too WWE-like.

Well, Meji did not wait to do something about it...

Unless it's a work :lolbron:

Don't need another executive being all in the videos. Keep that here in the states(where it's beyond stale):francis:

:francis:I knew that "authority CEO" shyt was going to spell disaster for NJPW. The more they try to go after the Western market, the greater damage that it's doing to the promotion. I'm waiting for a Naito/Meij feud to pop off and the cipher will be complete:camby:

6. KO-D Openweight Title: Danshoku Dieno defeated Shigehiro Irie (c) with the Gaydo Clutch (1:37).
*Super Sasadango Machine gives his Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contract to Danshoku Dieno. Shigehiro Irie fails in V1. Danshoku Dieno cashes in his Right To Challenge Gauntlet. Danshoku Dieno becomes the 65th KO-D Openweight Champion!

A ton of stuff to go through here, enough to make my head spin. At the start of the show Meiko Satomura apologised to everyone for losing her red Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Gauntlet during her recent expedition to America (you can guess where she lost it and yes it’s still active). However she regained a Gauntlet by winning the yellow one from Makoto Oishi. At the end of the show Satomura announced she will cash in the Gauntlet for a KO-D Openweight Title shot on the 28th August episode of “DDT LIVE! MAJI MANJI”. However Danshoku Dieno revealed that Super Sasadango Machine gave him his blue Gauntlet as a gift and it was being cashed in right now! Dieno then defeated a tired Shigehiro Irie to become the new KO-D Champion! Furthermore, Dieno ruled that there will be no more KO-D Title defences until Sumo Hall unless it is a Right To Challenge cash in. Satomura now has the remaining Gauntlet and she will use it for a title match on 28th August.
