Honestly think itll be against Fred Yehi as he seems to be the new gateway into Evolve amd im not mad at that. Plus Keith Lee is 6'3 and you want to make Daisuke look as monstrous as possible.

The great think about Daisuke is that he can be an awesome monster but he can also bump and sell like a madman when he's facing someone his size/bigger or someone higher in the totem pole than him.

A match with Fred the young gawd would be interesting as fukk too so I wouldn't complain at all though

I've been asking this question for 5 years breh

Besides Gedo being a lazy fukk, I think the only thing going against Sekimoto is his ties with a death match promotion like Big Japan and for some reason that's a no-no (just look at how they treated Honma for some many years, and he only worked 4 years in BJW) there's no other explanation for it.

And it's fukked up because a guy like Daisuke is perfect to fit in the midcard/uppermidcard as in invader. You book him like All Japan did in 2011 and 2012 and he's gonna get a couple of young guys over, give you a ton of great matches and new, interesting match ups. You could book him a whole year wrestling for the NEVER title and have guys like Daichi with him to make the 6 man tag titles relevant. He's been used this way by every promotion in Japan - except Dragon Gate - to successful results but New Japan "too good" for him
