Brehs, Okada/Shibata MOTY :blessed:, blows the Suzuki/Omega/Tiger Mask matches out of the water. But why the fukk isn't anyone thinking about Okada's health? Shibata crumpled him with shots to the head/neck/jaw repeatedly in that match, hitting him harder than I've ever seen Shibata hit someone, got dumped directly on his head twice, and everyone seems to forget that Okada was the one that had to take that headbutt. This is after the type of shyt he did in the Omega match at WK.

He's going to be the next one to get seriously fukked up.

That Omega Gif shows why Kenny was allowed to do that in the first place. He is amazing. He made that spot about as safe as it could be (which is still not very safe).

If Kenny rotated him slightly further it would have just been a full flip. If he rotated him slightly less, it would have been direct impact and potentially death.

But Kenny put him in the perfect spot. Just enough impact to make it look as dangerous as it was, but just enough rotation for Okada to roll through and avoid paralysis

I hope that spot is NEVER performed again in pro wrestling, because it can't be done any better.

The full flip looks even better tbh. I wouldn't mind seeing it again if it was a full flip.

The one thing I appreciate about the G1 besides the dope matches of course is the organic development of characters. Lets take Naito for instance. How he pulled that heel turn off was so crazy. His opponents were all like :francis: "breh I'm waiting": while he took his time taking his suit off:mjlol:. The only dude that wasn't having it was GOATbata:russ:. I wish there was a gif of his reaction when Naito took his time with taking off the suit. Dude muttered something and proceeded to kick that ass:deadmanny:. Also, the fact that Elgin finally found his worth from being an ass was truly a good moment of the G1. Breh became a well known gaijin:banderas:.
