Do you plan on following this year? NJPW is pretty dope, but I only plan on watching the better matches. I don't like going through some of the heavyweight stuff.

Not really, I just don't feel compelled to follow the product as closely as I did. I'll still check out the pimped matches I think I'd like though.

Liger really, really, really respects Cheeseburger.

Dude has a secret pass to chill at the dojo as long as Jushin lives.

I really wanna try to keep up with NJPW. Probably not the regular shows they do similar to Raw, but there ppvs. I have some questions:

-Do they do big shows monthly like the E?

-Aside from WK, NJC, Super Jrs tourny and G1, are there any other major shows?

Ima subscribe to this thread to keep up with news and results :salute:

NJPW really don't do RAW/Smackdown weekly shows. Besides the big ones you listed, they usually have some house shows and some random events to go along with the other major events like King of Pro Wrestling, Destruction, and Invasion Attack. The best thing about NJPW is that it's not really bloated like the WWE as they actually allow their wrestlers to rest since they work stiff every match. So you can easily enjoy the shows they have without worrying about following storylines.

Yeah that talent raid was some bullshyt that I'm surprised NJPW survived. Kindani-san going for blood, but I still trying to figure out why he didn't have the G1 tournament correspond in the US and Japan at the same time. That way they can attract the western market even more, while keep building up the base back in Japan. NJPW just having the G1 as the event over here just feels like a bit of wasted potential. Babysteps I guess...
